Whether buying a new home or remortgaging, I can provide whole of market mortgage advice, which 
includes many lenders which are not found on the local high street.

Not being tied to any lenders, I will endeavour to find you the best mortgage for your individual needs

I have access to exclusive mortgage products only available through intermediaries like myself.

INSURANCE ADVISING

Have you thought about how your family would cope if the major breadwinner were to die, become 
unemployed or suffer a short or long term illness, which maybe critical like cancer leading to a loss of income?

You would still be required to pay your mortgage and general living expenses which may in fact increase 
during your illness.

I can demonstrate how you can protect yourself from all these eventualities with Life and Critical Illness 
cover, Accident Sickness and Unemployment Plans and Income Protections policies and help to ensure 
that you can keep your home if the worst happens. By using a combination of plans I can build a package of
protection which matches your needs and budget, and I will focus on giving you the right solution which 
will maximise your chances of being able to claim if the worst does happen.

I can also help with Home Insurance which is a mandatory requirement for all mortgage lenders. This 
includes both buildings and contents insurance.

All of the protection policies named above have benefits and drawbacks. Drawbacks can include exclusions
and limits to the amount of cover. I will discuss these with you before I make a recommendation.
